Institute of Aeronautical Engineering & Technology (A Division of Garg Aviations Ltd.) , is located on Kanpur- Lucknow Highway, Distt. Unnao, just 5 Km from Kanpur Jajmau Ganga Bridge and 7 Km from Civil Aerodrome, Kanpur which is the operational base of Garg Aviations Ltd. for the past 25 years.

The Campus has been developed in the country side so as to keep the disturbance of the city away, ensuring a better concentration of students towards studies. Apart from this, the scenic beauty of the landscape inspires students to put their full efforts towards their studies and also relaxes them from their stress.

Also the city of Kanpur has been an industrial center and one of the biggest cities of Uttar Pradesh.
